Call, email or use the form and tell us what you’re dealing with. We’ll get back to you, explain what to expect, and set a time that works.
Call or send the form and we’ll ask a few questions about the problem, then tell you the soonest we can have someone at the property. We try for same-day visits when the schedule allows. The phone, (773) 588-1200, is answered around the clock for emergencies.
Tell us the address or neighborhood, what’s backing up or not working (floor drain, toilet, sink, pump), and when it began. Mention whether it came after heavy rain, whether you know where the sewer cleanout is, and whether the property is a house, two-flat, condo building or business.
If sewage or water is coming into the building, stop using water and call right away. The emergency plumber page has more on what to do while you wait.
We serve Chicago and nearby towns, including Skokie, Evanston, Oak Park, Cicero and Berwyn, Bridgeport, Portage Park and Logan Square. You can also email roddingrooterchicago@gmail.com. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send us.
